Refund policy

REFUNDS

Our 100% money-back guarantee is offered in the following circumstances:

- Goods received by you that are damaged on arrival, or that are incomplete in some form, provided that you notify us within 24 hours by email hello@hiatt.co; or

- Where you have received your first seasonal seedbox or a microrgreen starter kit and you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, and requests a refund within 48 hours of receiving your seasonal seedbox.

 Refunds are not offered in the following circumstances

- We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases (except in accordance with our 100% money-back guarantee as detailed above)

- You do not cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle;

- You request a refund for a seasonal box or a microgreen starter kit that is not damaged or incomplete in any way, and that is not the first seasonal box received for your annual subscription.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our seasonal seed subscriptions may be cancelled by you at any time by contacting the Hiatt & Co team at hello@hiatt.co

Prepaid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but are non-refundable unless the request for a refund is received with the first seasonal box of the membership.

Hiatt & Co PRODUCTS

Refunds are available for defective items, damaged items or for orders who arrive incomplete or with incorrect items and we will comply with our obligations pursuant to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You must notify us immediately by emailing and including photos to hello@hiatt.co 

Exchanges or returns for store credit are at the sole discretion of Hiatt & Co.

 Our seed subscription boxes are created using the highest quality seeds and products. That said - the success of your growing depends on many factors, including your access to sunlight, garden soil medium, your consistency in care, weather events and conditions, and pests. We cannot guarantee every seed you plant will be successful and we provide no warranty in this regard.
